"The job went very smoothly. The tech ran a bit late, but he called to say so. He installed a keypad by the front door and assessed the house for security. He suggested, since there are several casement windows in the living room and adjoining dining room that a breaking glass sensor would work better and be more cost-effective than alarming all the windows. He did alarm a door that the previous company (inherited when we bought the house twenty-three years ago) had not considered significant. I feel safer with the current sensor choices than the ones I had before.
He took the time to make sure I knew how to use the system, so I am very pleased with the service. My one caveat: I was told that the motion sensor would not register my smaller pets (two cats) because they weigh under forty pounds. They must have set off the sensor, though, because the police responded. The system certainly alerts the authorities, but that motion sensor is very sensitive!

"Our original moving day was Saturday, 2/14 and I found myself in the emergency room late Thursday night, into Friday, and started panicking that we would not be ready to move on Saturday.  I called C2 Moving on Friday and explained what had happened, and they immediately offered to move our date to Sunday instead - and as I was worried that changing the day might not be possible, I was so grateful they offered.  They were very responsive and made me feel like it was no problem at all to move our date last minute like that, which really helped soothe my anxiety.
The movers arrived on time, the crew was professional and worked hard and fast to get our possessions loaded and moved across town.  They had to take the feet off a chair and sofa to get them through a door and they did it with no hesitation.  They had to remove a light fixture out front in order to open the door wide enough to accomodate some of our furniture, and they easily removed it and then put it back when they were done.  These are things I would not have thought of but they saw a problem and found a solution immediately, without hesitation.  I felt very impressed and in good hands.
I would most definitely recommend them (and I have), and I would use them again.
