Fortunately, my brother-in-law speaks Spanish and heard every word. So we got another company to do our floors instead. Come to find out, Express Flooring was going to charge us almost twice the amount of money that we ended up paying the other company."

"Daniel was supposed to show up between 1000-1400 hours. Then I was told by 1500 hours. At 1500 hours I was told 30 minutes. 50 minutes later I had to go to work and told Daniel that. He hung up on me and at 1610 took a picture of my home stating I was not there for my scheduled appointment. Sears is extremely hard to get a hold of as well."
