This delayed the completion one day, but still within the agreed upon time for completion. The work was done very well and the result looks really great. "They arrived and gave me an estimate for 3 carpeted rooms with small hallway, an area rug, and a general mopping of the tile floors. The price seemed fair, though 2 1/2 yrs earlier it was $20 cheaper for the same carpeted 3 rooms and hallway. They arrived during the scheduled time for the carpet cleaning, but was told the tile floor mopping would happen in the afternoon. That was not workable for me. I wish I had known this in advance. I thought all work would be done during my scheduled time. The rugs did come out looking great!"
