"JDS sent a un-licensed repairman (with his girlfriend) to dig a hole in driveway to access the leak. The repair to the main water pipe was completed. Job clean-up was very sloppy. Owner of JDS arrived two days later to view the repair job and collected the check. Unfornutaley, the leak was not at the site JDS "repaired" but 4 feet further from JDS actual repair site. Another company was called to repair the problem which cost an aditional $267. "

It’s a good practice to remove any hair from the drain on a daily basis, as hair can accumulate fast and cause clogs in no time. You may also want to have a plumber thoroughly clean the drains in your home once every six months.
On average, a plumber will take 30 minutes to two hours to clear a clogged drain. If the clog is located close to the drain or an access point and isn’t severe, the project will take about half an hour. If the clog is deep within your plumbing system or is a severe blockage, it can take two or more hours to remove the clog. For this reason, main line clogs tend to take longer, usually between two and three hours.
Most blockages can be cleared in 1-3 hours, but severe issues may take longer.
