"I couldn't be happier with the irrigation system installation! From start to finish, Anthony and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made great recommendations, and delivered exactly what they promised. What really stood out was their reliability and integrity. They showed up on time, stayed on schedule, and the quality of their work speaks for itself. My yard has never looked healthier, and the system works flawlessly. If you're looking for a dependable landscaping company that does top-notch irrigation work, I highly recommend them! 5 stars!!!"

"Scottgave me a fair price for mowing at my retirement property in Prescott. So I hired him. He was quick and did it right away. A local resident advised the work was good. So I'm happy and expect to hire Nostab again when cutting is next needed."

"After being told there was no help for my very favorite tree, it was sick and dying quickly. I came across this gentleman Anthony, owner of Glowing Seasons. After a simple conversation he gave me hope with the knowledge he had in tree care for sick trees. I decided to hire him and his services. My tree is looking lively, and has tons of NEW growth. Since, I have had him working and on other projects in my yard and I cant express how happy I am! He has done the following: Tree Services ( purple plums, and sycamores), added a large patch of new seed and soil for grass, and monthly yard maintenance contract, added in an irrigation system into new gardening area and in above ground planters. I currently have Anthony hired to maintain my yard and would not have it t any other way. He extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He is professional and appears to take extreme pride is in work!"

Arborists questions, answered by experts

Many consider the Fraser fir to be the most popular type of Christmas tree, but which type of tree sells out near you can depend on region and decorating trends that year. For example, the Leyland cypress is especially popular in the Southeast, according to the National Christmas Tree Association.

Homeowners are usually not responsible for trees that fall on power lines. Power companies usually have utility easements around power lines, which give them the responsibility to maintain any trees within about 15 to 20 feet of the lines.

Absolutely. These steps are significantly easier, too, especially when it comes to preserving the root ball and moving the palm tree. However, you will want to make sure the tree has plenty of fertilizer to establish itself and start growing. Supports may also be more important, as it can take extra time for a potted palm to spread out its roots. If you are transferring a palm to another pot, you’ll want to move up a size or two to a larger pot. Make sure the pot has excellent drainage to keep the palm from getting waterlogged.

There are a few differences between tree guying and tree staking. Tree guying requires anchor stakes that are shorter and stronger than regular stakes and are driven deeper into the ground at an angle away from the tree. Tree staking uses longer stakes that are set parallel to the tree and are used for smaller trees. Consult a local tree professional to determine which method is best for your tree.

The best way is to start controlling tree height long before it grows too large, via careful pruning through the years. But that’s not always possible. If a tree has become too high or too large, use selective pruning to remove the most troublesome branches, one by one, without topping the tree. Gently shaping a tree like this can, over time, correct problems. You can also find growth inhibitors to spray on a tree to stop it from growing too rapidly, but use these sparingly if at all.
