"Beware of this con artist!! He arrived to take a look at my refrigerator and WITHOUT trouble shooting told me it was the fan motor and would have to order it and charged me 100. Poor customer service does not update customer on order status and left me without my kitchen fridge for 2 &1/2 weeks! He showed up to install the fan wanted his money and left. I waited 48 hours and the fridge remained at the same temp as before!! It?s didnt fix the problem. He criticized other service techs as ?clowns? who did not know how to fix and yet this BOZO the clown does the same as other techs I?ve hired in the past. DONT WASTE YOURE MONEY ON THIS CLOWN"

FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

Over the phone they began lying about warranty and adding extra charges, then when you would you would call them out on their lie or ask if this is normal they would deflect and say that?s not their department. They say they will look into something or have a supervisor call but yet they never do. They sell products to make quick money and don?t honor warranty or their work. Save your sanity, go somewhere else, anywhere else. "
