We install the latest flooring trends including Core-Tec Vinyl Plank, Bamboo flooring, floating cork flooring and waterproof laminate flooring from Pergo. We also install traditional top quality hardwood, and laminate floors at reasonable prices. We offer complete service from removing your existing floor to finishing your new floor with baseboards and/ or quarterround moldings. We also are experts at taking your tired, worn looking wood floor, and making it look like new again through our refinishing process. We worked on our first floor nearly over twenty years ago and flooring is still the only service we offer, and we do it well!

"Jacob was professional and easy to work with through every step. He was excellent at communicating with us. The floors turned out much better than we expected. They are 111 year old wood floors and he made them gorgeous again."

I have been doing general remodels and rebuilds since i was about 14 years old. I enjoy a good challenge and pride myself on the quality of my work and satisfaction from customers. I am looking to grow a business and begin working for myself, so your word of mouth is everything to me. I work alone, sometimes with my wife, so you can bet that we will be personable and accommodate your wants and needs. I am trained in many areas some of which are drywall, roofing, flooring (LVP, hardwood, carpet, or tile), bathrooms, kitchens, decks, and more. Whether you need something patched or replaced, want a full remodel, or want to add on to your home, give me a call and we can make it happen!

"Started out really nice. Then tried to raise the price from $960 to $1300. Did not finish cleaning up. Broke some items for my wedding. Broke trim while replacing it. Was very rude in texts."

Hardwood Flooring questions, answered by experts

If you’re doing a full bathroom remodel, the flooring will go in before the vanity and any other bathroom cabinetry. This will ensure that the same floor is present across your whole bathroom should you ever tear out your vanity and start again.

If you can only budget for one or the other, you can still replace just the vanity in your bathroom. Just keep in mind that if you decide to replace your flooring later, you’ll need to tear out the vanity to avoid having mismatched floors.

Using too much soap or floor cleaner can leave your laminate floors looking dirty or cloudy after mopping. Only use a teaspoon of soap or cleaning solution in a gallon of water. Additionally, always be sure to sweep or vacuum laminate floors before mopping to ensure you pick up dried grit, hair, and dust that can be harder to catch with a wet mop.

It depends on what’s important to you. For instance, if you’re looking for the lowest-priced carpet material, consider polyester. Alternatively, you could go with olefin (also known as polypropylene), another synthetic carpet material that costs about the same as polyester. Otherwise, if durability is the priority, nylon or wool would be a better choice.

Not sure what you need? A local carpet installer can explain the difference between various carpet types and help you decide what’s best for your home.

Tile—specifically smaller, mosaic-style tiles—is the best type of flooring for building a walk-in shower base. Shower pans come with a threshold and sidewalls to contain the water, but tile can be set into the shower base. This creates a walk-in shower floor that gently slopes toward the drain to keep water from getting out and into the rest of the bathroom.

Most bathrooms can be turned into a wet room, so long as the flooring can be sloped slightly for draining purposes and the room has proper plumbing. A skilled home renovation professional can evaluate your bathroom to determine if it’s a good candidate for converting into a wet room. If you only have one bathroom in your home, a wet room may not be the best idea for resale purposes since many homebuyers like having a bathtub.
