"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."

"Best Buy did an amazing job mounting the my sound bar to my TV. They went above and beyond what I thought they could do. Definitely would hire again for future projects. Highly recommend Jack, he was the installer who helped me today!!"

"While they got the job done eventually and their customer services and techs were sweet, the company needs to be MUCH more crystal clear and upfront about a few things before they eagerly take payment. 1. This is not a company for novice clients as they only do work remotely and expect you to have all hardware properly installed before hand. So perhaps they should only sign up for software issues with clients like me who are hardware dummies. I had to struggle on my own for hours buying and trying to figure out where to plug items (again I am basically an old lady technophobe as they say). 2. They also don't make it clear that you are not scheduling an appt in the traditional sense but rather scheduling a position in a phone queue at say a time like 7 pm eastern. So you end up sitting by the phone at 7 pm for 45 minutes waiting for them to call (since apparently you are 10th in the queue). All this is fine, but it should be the first few things you bring up when someone works with you esp for 137 an hour as there are other local companies one can work with if they seek non remote service. In short, your people are great and sweet, but the upfront disclosure is lacking."

"When you have a problem with one of your covered services you contact American Home Shield either by phone or their website.  You let them know what the problem is.   A service provider will contact you within 24 hours to set up an appointment.    I've found most of the time the contractor will contact you the same day and service call is usually set up for the next day.   I have never been disappointed with a contractor sent by American Home Shield.    They are all courteous and the jobs performed to my satisfaction.  Depending on the problem and the item being fixed they will either repair or replace at their discretion.   I've had a faucet replaced and another faucet fixed when it was just a cartridge problem.   When my microwave oven stopped working it was determined it could not be fixed and they would replace.   The oven they selected for replacement was a very nice top of the line microwave.   They will tell you what appliance they are going to supply.  After reviewing the specifications for the microwave I decided it was a little bigger for the space I had.   I selected another oven, a Samsung, and it was approved and installed with no problems.   I have never had any problems with American home shield and I know I can always get a licensed and insured provider.   I would definitely recommend them.

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

Costs range from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on system complexity and components.

You can stream HDR video content from most major streaming services, including Amazon, Google Play, Itunes, Netflix, and Vudu with a 4K TV. You can also use this content in various forms, such as 4K Blu-ray players, cameras, and smartphones.

In addition, 4K content is gamer-friendly. You can use major gaming platforms such as the PS5 and Xbox to stream 4K gaming.

The shorter the coaxial cable, the better. The further you run the cable, the more signal loss you'll experience. At 50 feet, you'll see significant signal loss, and by 100 feet, you'll experience at least a 30% drop in signal strength.

Mounting a TV to a brick wall can be safe and secure if done correctly. However, it requires proper installation to ensure the TV is firmly attached and won't pose a risk of falling. Guarantee your television is safely secured by checking the manufacturer's weight limits of your TV mount and wall anchors. Examine the condition and quality of the brick wall to ensure it is capable of sustaining the TV.

The cost to have a TV professionally mounted typically ranges from $160 to $360, with a national average of about $260. This price is for labor and does not include the TV mount itself. Several factors can affect the final cost, including the size of the TV and the type of mount used; for example, a fireplace mount costs more than an under-cabinet one. If you want to hide the wires within the wall, the price can increase significantly, potentially to $1,000 or more. For an accurate estimate, it is best to contact a local TV mounting service.
