"When I called, we set a date for July 31, 2015.  The team arrived promptly and did an excellent job, the best gutter cleaning ever.  They were polite, friendly, and efficient.  I told the young man who did the actual cleaning that my house was 500 square feet larger  than the basic charge, $139 for 2,000 sq.ft.  When they finished, the additional cost was $45, which I was quite pleased with.  They also cleaned up my deck and patio, which I particularly appreciated.  Usually it has been left in a mess, but my deck was clean and my plants survived.

"From our first meeting with Greg Wolter of Community Builders, until the crew left our home, this process went more smoothly than we could have imagined!  We were presented with their estimate very quickly.  We didn't have to haggle over pricing or features that were considered 'extras' with other companies.  They were outfitting us with the best from the beginning.  Mr. Wolter left a sample board with us to determine our roof color-imagine, not having to make THAT decision right then!  When I called the office to inform them of our color choice, the receptionist was friendly and engaging, and forwarded our information accurately!  (I LOVE THAT!)  Before the end of the week, building materials were delivered to our driveway. That same afternoon, the job foreman came by to check the accuracy of the delivery so they would be ready to start the next day!     
     The next morning at 7:30, the happy crew showed up ready to rip off a roof. My kids were home that day so we all went outside and hung out in the treehouse to watch them work, for fun.  It was during that time that I noticed the foreman pointing at a place by our chimney and talking with one of the crew. The next thing I know, they are replacing about a 4-ft section of decking. I asked him about it and he said it was bad so they replaced it. Uhh, THANK YOU!!!  It's the little things, really. We would never have known about that spot, and yet they took the time to do the job right by replacing it before adding any roofing materials. A company whose employees demonstrate integrity? Yes, please!
     I kind of expected work to stop around lunch time. After all, the guys need to eat right?  The crew ate their lunch in turns so that work on the roof continued. The rest of the day went by quickly and at the end, they had been through our yard twice with the magnet picker-upper, removing any and all stray nails - no staples here!  All the little 'pieces' of roofing debris were even picked up. There was nothing for us to do except wave to the crew as they left, sit back, and enjoy our new roof!
     It was an absolute pleasure doing business with this company!
