Value Package: (without pets living in house) 38 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet underneath moving furniture back to original placement with styrafoam 1" thick tabs placed under furnishings. Gold Service Package: (without pets living in house) 47 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet wiping down baseboards and hidden electical recepticals.
