  Eddie is wonderful! There are a lot of flaky people in this business, but he is not one of them! He always called or showed up exactly when he said he would & he is very professional. He seems like a genuinely good guy. He took off our damaged baseboards & went all the way to Conway to find a match. He re-painted our garage after someone else had done a horrible job. Also, there were patched places on a couple walls where we'd had plumbing work done for frozen hose bibs. Someone else patched them & was just going to paint, but Eddie put the orange peel texture on them, then painted. He was very quiet while he was here and his work is superb! We are already planning on using him for a couple of other thingsshow more

  Don Broussard’s company, A&D Restoration did an excellent job for us! We’re kind of picky and had a few minor things we weren’t 100% happy with, and I told Don as much. He had his guys back out to fix what needed fixing in a timely manner and at no additional charge to me. We really couldn’t be happier. Don is very attentive and straightforward, which we greatly appreciate. His subcontractors and his own crew did excellent work, and his way of doing things makes sure insurance covers it.   The siding on my home was old and in need of repair and painting. I also had extensive water damage in two sections. I got three estimates. The Sideco estimate was much higher than the family owned company that I have seen on TV. My wife had secured the bids so I hadn't spoken with any of the companies. Jimmy Russell, the owner of Sideco, returned and explained how the water damage would be repaired and showed me the difference between the James Hardie fiber cement siding and vinyl siding. I then called the representative of the other company to find out the method they would use to repair the damage. I was told that the great thing about vinyl siding was that it would go up over the damage and it would hide it so no one would know it was there. I then knew why there was such a difference in price I selected Sideco for my home and I'm so glad that I did. They have no sales staff, I dealt directly with the owner. The day before the work began, the project manager came by and introduced himself. He gave me his card with his cell number and explained he would be onsite to oversee my entire job and invited me to contact him with any questions or problems. The entire crew was so professional. They were constantly working and it was evident that they knew exactly what they were doing. I had very high expectations since I was paying much more than any of the other bids. Sideco exceeded all of my expectations. The damaged areas of the foundation were repaired and the new siding was stunning. My wife loves her new windows. We have lived in our home 23 years and had never entertained on our deck In the year since we got our new deck, we have had 3 major outdoor events and have enjoyed it. Two months after the completion of our job, Jimmy Russell stopped by to make sure everything was ok and that we were thrilled. As we sat on my deck talking, he noticed that the seams between some of the siding pieces seemed a bit large. It looked fine to me, but he said for some reason some of the siding had shrunk more than usual. A week later, his crew arrived and replaced the siding on one wall. I would have never known, but their commitment to excellence was evident. I have never dealt with a better company. In the past year, three of our friends have had their siding replaced by Sideco after seeing the job they did on my home and they were all thrilledshow more

  They were excellent. We got home on the 22nd of June and they were actually here within 3 days from then. There were here as soon as I contacted the insurance company. They were here everyday. They came out everyday to double check and see how it was going. It took a couple of weeks or more for them to dry out everything. They were extremely good and very professional. They were recommended to me and they did an excellent job. My insurance company paid for the service. They were very knowledgeable and definitely knew what they were doing. They came out and took over. They told me to relax and they would take care of everything. They did it all and I didn’t have to mop up the water. I would use them again in the future if need beshow more

  The property had been empty almost a month--the grass was overgrown and both back yard and front yard filled with trash. Inside, squatters had filled both toilets to the brim with poop, plus the carpet already had dog diarrhea and urine. Two rooms had been painted deep burgundy. When I had the water turned on, both toilets overflowed for hours and deposited all their load onto the carpets. I had a hard time finding a cleaning service that would deal with the disaster--one service looked in the back door and said they wouldn't even step foot in there for less than $500. This is a small mobile home. April and her husband got out there the same day I called and gave me an estimate for hauling away debris, mowing, repairing the skirting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning and painting the whole place. It took them three days. If April had not been the type to clean INSIDE the cabinets, I would not have known that all the screws in the kitchen cabinets had been removed and someone could have been seriously hurt or killed when they loaded all their dishes in their and the cabinets would have fallen. She and her husband are also very pleasant and polite and strive to please. Welch's Cleaning Service is going to be my new permanent cleaning service for all my rentalsshow more

  Ken Mullins and his crew did a great job of restoring the utility room to a usable condition after a backed up sewer pipe caused a flood. The crew was on time, worked hard, explained everything to me as they worked, and did a great job! Each day when the crew returned to check the drying progress, they were polite and informative. Everything we were able to save was washed and disinfected and then returned to the room. Excellent job all around! I would certainly use this company againshow more
