They arrived on time, worked hard, and basically were totally professional. Ken Mullen is their main on-site contact, and he was extremely responsive and willing to go the extra mile to help. They tested for mold (even as part of the preliminary estimate) and retested afterward to ensure that mold count was down below the accepted threshold and moisture content was low.

They were prompt to schedule - even with the historic flooding keeping them busy. Ken was so kind and courteous and concerned for my little one with health issues. He gave suggestions for improvements and tested the air quality (which came back not elevated). His answers were always prompt and polite! I absolutely recommend them if you have any moisture issues.
