"First time I have every reviewed something, aside from the one I just left on their other site. I recently hired them to do a job - keep my dog inside the fence. I was assured that could be done. The dog knocks a board loose that was not well to begin with. I called for a repair, suggested someone knock it back in and put some screws in. I was told this could not be done. In short, they do not stand by their work. 7 thousand dollars later, and I am fixing my fence, cleaning up their mess, by the way, and having to dig around the bottom of the fence so it does not prematurely rot. Apparntly, according to my neighbor, they put the last fence in and it did not last long. So, my suggestion is take your money someplace where it, and the work you aske to be done, is apprishated."

"They scheduled for a 4 hour refinish and finished in 2 and a half hours. This is basically a paint job with epoxy paint. My tub/shower was almond color and the clear coat had deteriorated over 30 yrs. It left a yellowed, inconsistent color that looked dirty. The refinish was white, but it did not cover the old finish and you can see it through the white finish. Also, the tub has a gritty feel on bottom that is not comfortable to stand on. I stated this to them at the time of service and they said "we put two coats on and that's all we do". Both the guy that did the work and his boss, tried to tell me this was a reflection, but clearly it isn't. They don't care if you are dissatisfied. I would not this again and I cancelled doing the other bath."

"We live in an older home, built in the 1940s, in which a second floor was added in the 1980s. We knew when we moved in three years ago that the piers and beams were not sufficient and would need work. I was very particular about hiring a contractor for this job because I wanted the job done correctly, thoroughly, and with attention to detail. All together, American Structure added 19 piers, 60 feet of beams, a full 10-mil vapor barrier and a second crawlspace entrance. Now our floors are rock-solid and our crawlspace is nearly as clean and pretty as a room in the house. We’ve had a great experience with American Structure and highly recommend them."
