Terrible, very unhappy.  Yes, I did get the pool installed.  Many delays and their delays caused construction delays.  Finished product does not look like what you would pay negotiated price for.  Got too busy to finish/follow up on my jobsite, yet had no problem accepting and demanding my cash.  Many additional price increases after contract signed due to their misunderstandings and lack of knowledge - not mine.  I had NEW construction and asked for (detailed in an email and on THEIR contract) that couldnt be completed due to their delays and my construction progress.  It was always mine or my contractors fault.
Specifics: Plaster (final finished coat/color) is terrible.  I drive a truck for a living and could likely get a more uniform color than what I have now.
Asked for two zone jets (pool and spa area)  I got them, but the spa area includes 4 jets and 3 are of one style, the 4th is a mismatch.  WHAT?? THIS FOR 35K???
Plumbing was not included, but was not stated in my bid?  Really?  I get a pool, pump, and a heater but have to pay my plumber extra to hook it all up?  Means the final cost was much more than agreed upon.
Electrical was not included, but was not stated in my bid.  Really? you have several electronics to run a pool and you do not use your electrician so I have to pay more than we agreed on our bid to get it completed.  Means the final cost was more than agreed upon.
Water feature was agreed to in writing on the bid by BOTH OF US, yet I have NO water feature.
Due to inexperience or lack of planning, no switch was planned by this contractor to operate lighting and spa feature so for a 'mere' $700 more I got a remote system to run their mistake.  OK, I like the idea, hate that I get to pay for another of their screw ups but I'll go with it.  Yup, I have it, but hasnt worked in months.  What the??  I get to walk around the house to turn on/off lights, pumps, diverters, and jets.  Great idea.
Failed electrician inspection phase because a back hoe driver did the electrical bonding.  I feel safe!!  This could have cost me several months.  Solution - pour concrete over the work so the inspectors cannot fail it again.  Great!
I, a truck driver, had to set the skimmer basket height for the concrete deck to be poured.  I have a little bit of common sense so it turned out just ok, but why the heck does this contractor not ensure each part of the project is not only done, but done right.  Yes, I contacted him to let him know, he told me to handle it.  I did.  Complete failure in my opinion.  So unhappy about this.
A dozier set on my lot (actually under my roof - kept my framing/roof from going up - construction delay) for weeks because their dozier was out of fuel.  Actually, it ran out of fuel less than an hour after being on site and that meant it was time to go home - for a few weeks.
There are many more failures, so unhappy with the work, or lack of work and the tremendous price change from quote to finished product.  Note, quick to answer the phone, quick to put the blame/problem back on me and my house contractor, quick to collect on the 'next phase', and very, very, very slow to come and move on.  Biggest fail of my home building project.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for gunite pools.  PERIOD.  Pay double elsewhere to get it done because in the end, you will pay double.  I wish you could see my finished product.  I see it every day.

Once I hired them and put money down, it seemed a little slow getting started, but once they started, it took two months to get it completed. At times, I felt like I had to push to get things moving. They don't include the electrical work in their price, so you are expected to hire your own electrician. This is fine, except that they don't let the electrician know exactly what needs to be done and when it needs to be done. Some things were overlooked. For example, they didn't tell me I needed a backwash drain until my yard was already sodded. It would have been easy to put in a drain while the yard was torn up. It just didn't go as smoothly as I hoped.

I really like everything about the company. They stick behind their guarantee and whenever there is a problem, they are out immediately to fix it. They are very prompt and experienced. I would recommend their services to anyone.
