I discovered damage to my rear bumper on my 2011 Toyota Avalon as I returned to my car in a shopping center parking lot. No note of responsibility, of course. I contacted my insurance agent who suggested Halter's. They had worked together preciously, and the estimate and repair paperwork could not have been more streamlined. The repair was excellent.
I asked them for an estimate to repair a broken right front fog light (rock). They replaced that light for just the cost of the part.
We got copies of all paperwork, their waiting area is very comfortable, and all staff are very friendly and efficient.

The truck looked absolutely amazing--just like new! They finished the repairs in less time than was promised and offered, without my asking, a loaner vehicle. Their work is amazing. A 100% paint match that looks perfect.
