Key PaintingAnna and her crew were excellent. We had entire 1950's ranch house with walls that needed repair and painting. Also I had a laundry area where the wall height needed to be reconfigured to allow for a stackable washer and dryer. She was able to tear out and sheet rock a small area, making it look like new. Key PaintingFixing up a century old home is a daunting task. Ana made it a breeze. The room is unrecognizable, and would have taken me MONTHS to complete (15ft ceilings, 8000 sq ft). Color Plus Painting & RemodelingIt went amazing!!! And when the job was finished they cleaned up after themselves...Wow!!!! Never had a company to do that....Maybe they should start a maid service LOL!!! They did an amazing job with the clean up ..Now the interior painting---it looks amazing...very professional job...We have no complaints..They made sure that we were satisfied. They caulked over holes,removed nails from pictures hanging,smoothed over rough patches...and everything.. We will be using them again in the near future for replacing our kitchen floor and countertops. The communication was great between the company and us. When the job was finished they even walked around with us just to make sure if any touchups needed to be done. We had previously used them to replace a subfloor in our kitchen and that went great. Big hats off to the owners,and crew!!! Larry was amazing through out the entire process as well as the owners. We will definetely use them again in the future..There is no need to even consider anyone else.. If you dont use them then thats your bad but we highly reccomend them.. Once you use them you will never use anyone else.Trust us. The work is very professional and the pricing is very reasonable. We whish that we would have found this company years ago.- tracy p.

Unfortunately my girlfriend crashed (Mis-judged) the back wall in the garage...The boys were spot on and did a great drywall repair..They were prompt, on time and just plain professional… They replaced the Base board, texture coated the repair and painted to match...Cant ever tell it happened… Thanks guys…. On May 10, 2021 @ 11:58 I received a text setting up a date and time (May 16, 2021 @ 2:30) for them to come to my home to review everything. There was a no show, not even a text or call. Very unprofessional !

I Highly Recommend Stacy Calahan at Calahan Construction & Air! It was in middle of summer 2019, hotter than you can imagine inside my house even with 2 portable a/c units running in LR trying to mitigate some of the heat while waiting on my a/c company to help me. I found Calahan Construction & Air... Stacy came out quickly diagnosed the problem right away, my unit was dead (I had been nursing it over last few years) but I couldn’t purchase a new unit until I got in a place to fund a house remodel. So, I needed a used 5 ton unit - not an easy ask, but Stacy found one and installed it w/in 24 hours for a price that did not break the bank (about the same cost as 2 top of the line portable air conditioners, which I returned!) He was professional, responsive, and quick at a reasonable price! Stacy listened to me, took ownership of my problem, was kind & caring and best of all got the job done quickly at a price I could afford...all in the middle of summer (his busiest season) when other air conditioning companies are charging premium prices or up selling, Stacy Callahan got me what I needed not what he could sell me! His work ethic & business model are heads and shoulders above the rest, do not hesitate to use this company for all your A/C needs!!
