We Are a home builder and remodeling company, we do commercial work also. We have been in business since 2006 and we started doing Spray Foam Insulation in 2011. As owner of the company I do most of the work myself with a helper or two.

"Over budget, late, low quality work and contractor team was low quality. When there are problems like we had a water problem that was known of by HD remodeling it was blown off and we had to fix our selfs. Also due to slowness and inability to manage sub contractors we nearly lost bank financing due to lack of completion percentage as apposed to money spent. No supervision of subcontractors allowed weeks and months to go by with no work being completed like purposely dragging feet and adding cost for personal gain. HD was never a advocate for us as his customer. He put the subs first. Would not suggest using HD remodeling for custom home"

Pole Barn Builders questions, answered by experts

A garage bump-out is a small addition that extends the size of the garage, usually by just a few feet. Homeowners might install bump-outs to store lawn equipment, sporting gear, holiday decorations, and more. Because you’re not changing the existing garage structure as much, a bump-out isn’t as expensive or labor intensive as a full-blown garage extension. Expect to pay around $1,800–$6,000 for 2-by-10-foot bump-out (and more for larger additions).

In most cases, the cost of hiring a hardscape contractor is a worthwhile investment. Hardscaping projects can get quite expensive, but they improve the utility of your yard, boost your curb appeal, and usually improve the value of your home. Patios, decks, retaining walls, and other components are challenging to install, and mistakes can be costly. Hiring a hardscape professional is usually the best course of action when it comes to these types of projects.

The requirement for building permits varies by location, but most building departments will require permits for any changes to the structural components of a home. They’ll also require them for changes to the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components, as well as any permanent improvements to the land, including concrete patios or foundations for additions or outbuildings. You also might need permits for things like roof replacement and window replacement, depending on your local government.

A garage extension makes sense if you need more room to work, store your belongings, or park another vehicle. It’s also a smart financial move. As far as the value a garage adds to a home, you can often recoup 75% to 85% of your investment into a garage extension.

The time it takes to build a garage depends on the type and size of the garage you choose. On average, most garage builds take between six and 10 weeks to complete, though an attached multi-car garage can take between 12 and 24 weeks.
