Excavation
The shelter was guaranteed not to leak. The shelter was put in but they did not put the black material around the upper section. That was my first worry. Then I found water in the shelter. I made numerous calls to the company. They sent someone one time (at a time it hadn't rained in some time). Even though there was water stain in the floor they still did nothing. Many times I contacted the company, even asking to speak directly with Scott Clark but was given the run around. I finally gave up and continue to have a storm shelter that leaks. Don't use this company. They do not stand behind their product.
