She walked the site with me, asked the right questions, and came back with a plan that actually fit the grade and the drainage instead of just throwing blocks at the problem. She explained the reasoning behind every choice, so I understood what I was paying for. Then there's the attention to detail. Every course was level and checked twice, the base was compacted right, and the drainage behind the wall was done properly, not cut short the way a lot of outfits do it. "We had a tree fall on our house during the recent storms. We got the tree removed and found 5 holes in our roof. We called everyone and they were all a week out. With rain coming we were panicking, until I spoke to Tom. Tom had his crew here within 4 hours to patch up our roof, even though it was getting dark. What great service. Thanks Tom and the crew!!"

"Contacted Tru Cut and they gave me an estimate within 24hrs. As I requested (hoping more leaves would fall), they waited one week to do the work. We have a steep driveway with water run-off "ditches" on either side that go behind the garage and down to the lake. They cleaned the ditches, our driveway/parking pad, and the back yard.
