Unit came back on for a short period of time and went back out. Recommended I purchase a new unit for $2,377.00 + tax because it was a old unit any way and charged me a service call of $64.00 and left. We called another company and they found the heat exchanger was bad. They replaced the unit.

He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
