"Hired David Baker from Baker's Construction last October to build us a detached garage. Made the mistake of giving this THEIF money upfront, $4500.00 for "supplies". There was a shed in the place of where the future garage was. In 6 months all he has done is tear the shed down and leave it in a pile on our property. He does not respond to text or phone calls anymore. Probably used the money to buy METH. Stay away from this company at ALL costs!"

The number of paint coats you should apply varies by project, but many jobs call for two coats of paint. Make sure you let the first coat fully dry according to the manufacturer’s instructions before applying that second coat. Many paint brands advertise as being one-coat paints. While technically true, most painting jobs still require at least two coats of paint to fully cover older paint effectively. When covering particularly dark paints with a lighter color or covering a lighter color with dark paint, three coats, and sometimes more, are often necessary to avoid streaks and spots.
