84 STEVE DID AN AWESOME JOB!!! He took the time to treat all of the spots, using a different solution for each type prior to beginning his deep cleaning of the carpets. We are VERY pleased with the results! The carpet is brighter, softer and 95% stain free!! A few stubborn, permanent stains...
Overall, first visit acceptable. He was one hour late from appointment time. Appears to know his business. Low key, friendly individual. He will return to complete repair when part arrives. I will update review after second visit and job is complete.
