Excellent attention to detail and assistance when petitioning company to replace faulty thermostat. Professional and knowledgeable removal of faulty thermostat and installation of replacement thermostat once received. As a family business, the owners make integrity and competent service a high priority, while being warm and friendly as well.

My Parents have lived in Mountain Home, AR for over 30 years. Peterson Electric did the orginal work on the house when it was built. There has never been a problem with any of the original work on the house. In Additon, we reciently replaced the gas water heater and added an addtional electric water heater to fill a walk in bath tub. The company was wonderful. The work was done timely and they were able to accomodate my crazy schedule to compete the work. They are always responsive and can be reached easily. There pricing is reasonable and never request money before the work is completed. The quotes they provide are realistic and todate I have never experienced any surprise additional costs. Peterson Electric will definitely be my go to company for any additional work on the house.
