Their representative measured and explained all the details of how the work would be done and gave us an approximate date of installation (within a week of estimation). We were notified via email and then called to verify when they were coming...this allowed us to be prepared for that day. The installers were right on time, and began work immediately upon arrival. They worked efficiently and quickly to complete the task in barely over an hour. Installation was in the spring, so they cleaned out the debris from the fall/winter and I guess we will see how well it works this coming fall. So far, we have been very satisfied with the results we've seen during this rainy and windy spring."

"It went very well.  Travas helped us navigate and negotiate with our insurance company.  He also was able to obtain some higher-end shingles for the same price as the type we already had, so we were able to make an upgrade at no extra cost.  The finished product looks great.  They replaced the flashing and siliconed around the chimney and painted all the vent pipes to match the shingle color.  Travas was very patient and helpful in dealing with the insurance company, which took a while and was frustrating at times.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."
