I was so impressed with the service and carpet. Tom was very busy when I entered the store, and while there a couple came in that were previous customers and raved about the service and carpet and they wanted two more rooms done. That couple was so right! Wayne came on time and with an assistant, worked all day! But it was done in a day! Carpet is so soft it's like a blanket! No shedding! Customer service was excellent! I am so happy I chose Expert Flooring! I have two smaller rooms to do to complete my 2nd floor. I will be calling them back!

Third house, third time using Expert Flooring Solutions. There is a reason that I keep coming back to these guys. The work is always top notch. There are no short cuts. These guys are fast efficient and friendly. Jeff, Mark, and Jerry did an awesome job with the laminate. The work on the stairs took a little longer than expected because Jerry was very careful to make sure everything was perfect. I forget the name of the guy who did the tile in the bathroom, but everything looked fantastic. I will keep coming back to these guys.

Very happy with Expert Flooring Solutions from start to finish. Keisha was extremely helpful in helping select and ordering new carpeting in their showroom. She also ordered samples of carpeting they did not have available to show me. The samples were mailed directly to me. It made color comparison extremely helpful as carpeting looks different under your home lighting than it does in the showroom. After I selected the carpet and color, Shawn (one of the co-owners) came out to take measurements and gave me the estimate right on the spot. It was great not having to wait to hear back (as you often do when using big box retailers like RC Willey, Lowe's, etc.). As soon as a I agreed to go ahead with the project, Keisha contacted me to schedule the install. The installation took the better part of one day. Jose arrived promptly at the start time given along with a coworker. He was extremely friendly and amenable to receiving questions and any concerns. They hauled away the old carpeting/padding and cleaned everything up afterwards. Shawn came by two days later to make sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction and to inspect the work done. Payment was only expected after I was happy with the work done. I would highly recommend them for carpeting installation. They are less expensive than other carpet/flooring businesses than I got estimates from. In addition, they are a small locally owned business. I enjoyed the more personalized attention given and the quick response times.

Called to find out prices, and the person who refused to give out a name answered questions like I was inconveniencing him. Asked how much for a certain size room, and by when it could be done, when I asked for his name (since I’d have to go to the floor and pick out a carpet and say “well so and so told me it be $400) he rudely replied “why you don’t need it”. This town needs people that want to run businesses the right way.

We a totally satisfied with the work performed. Definitely will use Ross again.

They were excellent. Keisha was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me find just the right thing. Sean and the crew made sure the installation went smoothly and all the trim was done perfectly. All I really had to do was pick out the tile I wanted, they took care of matching the baseboard and paint that needed to be replaced as well as all trim work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awesome. We were extremely pleased with our experience with Expert Flooring. My wife worked with Keisha and at their place of business, brought home some samples they provided and we made our choice. Shawn came out and did all the measurements for the upstairs master bath and the downstairs dining room and gave us a quote. Juan came out for the install. My wife calls him our Jaun and only... our little cat watched over the install closely but suspect we would have gotten the excellent install that we did without her close attention to his work. Never ever saw her react that way with anyone before.. Suspect Juan likes animals. We were impressed enough with the install and the price for those two areas, we arranged to have the den carpet replaced also. Would have been easier to just post "We agree with all the other 5* ratings and do the same and just rate them. Excellent

Great experience with the Expert Flooring Solutions team! This was the second time working with them and was very impressed with the entire process from selecting the vinyl and carpet at the showroom to measuring and installation. Highly recommend Tom and his team!

Tom was great. Everything he said he would do, sending me samples, setting install date and coming by during installation, he did. Wayne, the installer, called me on install date to say he was picking up the carpet and when he would be here. He was very professional, very careful with my furniture and respectful of my home. He did a great job. Having carpet installed can be a very hectic time and Tom and Wayne made is easy. I would highly recommend this company.

We built a new home and wanted LVP throughout our entire first floor. Not only were the options limited through the builder, the choices offered were awful...and awfully expensive. Expert Flooring to the rescue! They offered so many gorgeous choices that the decision was difficult. Tom and Keisha were incredibly patient with us as we asked lots of questions and borrowed a ton of sample boards. We had a delay due to product availability, but Keisha was on top of it every day (she is the best!), and Tom (the owner), used his connections to get our product ASAP. The install was as good as it gets. Daniel and his team were on time each day...a miracle these days. They were considerate of our time and our home and their workmanship was meticulous. We are very happy with our floor and with our decision to use Expert Flooring.

Tom Rossi of Expert Flooring is the best. He came to my home, explained in detail what would be done before and after carpet installation. He brought samples and suggested the best type of carpet for our lifestyle. Very professional and honest. No money was required until the job was done to my satisfaction (unlike other companies that require carpet to be paid in full before carpet is laid). Extra work had to be done before installation (older home) and there was no extra charge....the quote that he gave in the beginning is the price I paid. Carpet looks great! A. Martin

From start to finish the team at Expert Flooring Solutions was superb. Keisha in sales got us off to a great start, Shawn provided a thorough estimate of the job as well as following up during and after the installation, Juan did a superb job of installing our new floor tile and owner Tom was on top of the project from start to finish. Couldn't be happier with the result.

We found Expert Flooring on Angie's List and the reviews led us to their showroom. My wife and I bought a new home and wanted to replace all the flooring in the 1650 sf house. The owner, Tom, was easy to talk to over the phone and answered all my questions and those I didn't think to ask! We couldn't decide on the color and styles of the flooring and got excellent help from Keisha. The company installers completed the 4-day job as promised and on schedule. The workers, Daniel, Tito, Ryan, including Wayne Ivey, were outstanding craftsmen and did masterful work. Lucky us to have found them! We love the results and got a fair price.

I’m really happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Keisha was great at the showroom (she even carried the carpet samples to my car since I had two crazy kids in tow), Tom saved me from re-carpeting the whole upstairs (saving me a whole lot of money), and the installer did a great job and was very polite. Tom could have made more money off of me because I was ready to replace all the carpet but he was honest and said it would look fine after a professional cleaning. Talk about an honest professional! Just awesome. I’ll recommend them to my friends and use them again should I need them in the future.

We started shopping by reviewing products and services offered by several major flooring services in the greater Las Vegas area and not satisfied, we searched Angies List and found EXPERT FLOORING SOLUTIONS (EFS) at 6485 So. Rainbow in north Las Vegas. All of the contacts we have had with EFS have been PROFESSIONAL, from the showroom to all of the 'craftsmen' (artists) who timely and effectively installed our new flooring!

I needed an excellent installer to ensure the job was done correctly and not to damage our newly painted walls, door frames, and baseboards. All the staff members I worked with were courteous and very helpful. Tom was especially patient while my wife and I decided on the carpet color. He got us larger carpet samples to facilitate our decision. Mark did an excellent job installing the carpet from 1-3 Feb 2018.

There were some scheduling issues involving an emergency with another client, which delayed the start for a week. In addition, there some health issues involving the installer and one of his crew. As I'm retired, these delays did not adversely affect me, and I was able to roll with them. The installer brought in extra labor to make up for his illness, and once the work got started it seemed to progress at a reasonable pace. The new wood flooring looks wonderful, and they were able to merge it into the existing flooring seamlessly, while simultaneously replacing some damaged slats. I would be happy to hire this company for any similar work.

Thank goodness for Expert Flooring Solutions. This is the second time, second home, we have used them for. The home that they worked on this time around was new construction, although we had already moved in the week prior to them starting their work. They had to tear up the carpet that was installed. I was shocked by the amount of construction debris left under the brand new carpet by Carpets N More. Jamie, Mark, and the rest of the crew cleaned up what should have been cleaned up by the second rate installers from Carpets N More. They also ended up having to straighten jagged edges on cut tile, add leveler to the concrete sub flooring, and replace a majority of the baseboard which looked to have been hand cut by the previous installers. They had to do several repairs on the wood sub flooring on the second floor as well. They did the repairs to make sure the job was done right. This is one of the few companies that I feel I can trust to do the job right the first time. I am more than pleased with the final product. The floors look beautiful. I cannot wait to have them take care of the areas that we could not afford to finance this year.
