"The salesman was very professional and did not pressure us to use his services. He also did not try an up sell us into something we did not want, although he did tell us the cost of replacing the entire shower- walls, and doors. There was a discount for paying cash.
The only problem we had was a mix-up in the installation dates. We were home waiting, and no one showed up 90 minutes after the expected time. We called, and they were very quickly sent someone out to complete the installation. The work was well done and a real improvement.
Everyone we have had contact with with helpful and professional. The product is what what we expected, and we would use them again."

When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging. Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs. "
