The only problem we had was a mix-up in the installation dates. We were home waiting, and no one showed up 90 minutes after the expected time. We called, and they were very quickly sent someone out to complete the installation. The work was well done and a real improvement.

Everyone we have had contact with with helpful and professional. The product is what what we expected, and we would use them again."

"Mr. Collins did an excellent job. I need rotten wood replaced on my garage facing as well as my chimney box. He came and assessed the project and although the temperature was extreme he wisely came out in the cool of the evening, worked until dark and returned the next day to complete the job. I went into the showroom with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Chris helped me figure out a beautiful fit for my bathroom. When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. When the job was done they cleaned up perfectly. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas!"
