It was a very good job. He came and told us when he was done and wanted me to see if I was happy with the clean up!!

  • Gaston Tree Service
It went very fast and was cleaned up and would not know that trees had been removed. There was no debris left. Even leaf blew the driveway when done. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs trees removed.

Acorn Tree Svc greatly exceeded my expectations. After a major storm it is very difficult to get tree svcs to respond to phone calls at all. If they respond they oftentimes charge inflated prices and schedule work several weeks out. Acorn responded immediately and had the trees ans stumps within 2 weeks. They are very professional and their costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend Acorn Tree Svc.

  • Jakes Tree Care
It was $2,000, it was more than that, but that’s good enough. They were good, I think on the last part they were overpriced, but they were very concerned about the trees. He’s a super conservative, he doesn’t even where spikes, so it won’t hurt the trees that they are not cutting down; they don’t care about the trees they are cutting down. They did a good job.

  • Arkie Tree Service
Mr. Applegate was very responsive in returning all telephone calls and apprising homeowner of very slight scheduling adjustments. Showed up on time, worked consistently and safely until job was done -- about 3 hours. Contractor is insured which was necessary for this homeowner. Very professional and very diligent. Highly recommended.

  • Cut-A-Way Tree Service
Completed job in 4 hours, excluding cleanup (which I did myself). The tree was quite large, measuring over 40 inches at the base, perhaps 100 ft tall. The limbs were very brittle and several had fallen during a recent windstorm. Cut-A-Way took great care to avoid dropping any cut limbs or the trunk onto my house and the gardens surrounding the tree. The team halted several times during the job to confer and plan their next course of action. Cut-A-Way definitely has the knowledge, expertise, and equipment to tackle challenging tree removal jobs. The quoted price was somewhat lower than other quotations. Cut-A-Way is insured.

  • Tree Docs Tree Service and Landscaping
We chose Tree Docs because the owner was a certified arborist. We have a 40 foot tree in the back yard that was dying. We wanted Tree Docs to remove it or save it. Tree Docs said by removing the dead branches the tree would have a very good chance of living. We have a large lot with about 30-40 trees on it. We decided that the company would remove all dead branches, trim branches too close to the ground, remove small trees that were not wanted, remove branches hanging over the roof, and trim trees that were getting too tall. Tree Docs came in with the large trucks and equipment plus a crew of 6. They worked a day and a half and cleaned almost every tree on the lot. They worked very hard and removed all the debris. We were left with a lot that was still natural looking, but was receiving a lot more sun. We are very pleased with the result. We spent more on this service than we planned, but we feel the price was fair. The lack of access to our backyard contributed to the higher price. Because of the lack of access, all work in the backyard had to be done manually including climbing the trees to cut dead branches and hauling the debris to the front.

  • Jay Bird's Tree Service
They did a very good job. They cleaned up very well and were very professional. They first trimmed the trees to a certain size and then cut them down which did do a little bit of damage to our yard when they hit the ground. Otherwise, they did a fabulous job.

  • Jay Bird's Tree Service
Jason, the owner of Jay Bird's Tree service was recommended to me by my brother-in-law and a neighbor who had used his services and were very pleased with him. I contacted the tree service and he was at my house the following day to give an estimate. He followed up with me two days later to come out and complete the work. He had a truck with a bucket for easy access to taller trees and a remote control stump grinder, which I didn't see him operate but my neighbor did. I was at home only for a portion of the time that they were at my house, and it was nice to see upon my return that they had really done a great job even without the homeowner watching over them. Jason is a very professional, reliable, fair and friendly businessman. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

Brought a crew with a cherry picker and chipper. They were very quick and cleaned up the yard. Cut one dead tree down so close to the ground we can mow over it. The crew cut up the wood into 18-20" pieces for the fireplace and stacked them neatly against the house. All the leaves and small branches went into the chipper.
