"Matt gave us an affordable estimate on the full exterior and a couple of interior rooms. They started the very next week, showed up on time, worked diligently and professionally, and finished the job in very good time. The employees seem very happy.. you know they are treated well when they sing on the job! I would definitely use them again!"

"We've had some damage and mineral deposits on our atrium floor for years. It had gotten so dull and ugly I hated to be in there. Mr Powell addressed that, essentially by trial and error. He was very tenacious and stuck with it until he found a solution that brought back the deep red color. I would gladly hire him again!"

"The overall painting and drywall finished project was very acceptable, BUT-- They did not show up at the expected time, most days left early. The job took 3 1/2 weeks rather than the expected 2 weeks maybe into the the 3rd week. They did not have all the supplies they needed having to wait until they went to a neighboring town to get more paint or trim strips or even Spackle mud for the cracks. They did not cover my furniture to prevent the dust from settling on it. I had a large roll of plastic drop sheets and got it for that purpose. They did not try to shake it off outside before moving to another place, there fore the dust went everywhere. They did not do a room or 2 and finish one before moving to the next area and therefore had the entire house in an unlivable condition at once. A friend brought their motor home for me to stay in while they worked.. They were very careful with some antique furniture which I really appreciated. I think if they had an unoccupied house with no furniture in it, so they could go in, spread they drop cloths over the carpet, and proceed with the painting and then some one else clean it up for the next people it would be fine. They just did not seem to know how to proceed with a houseful of furniture and people."

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

To preserve a concrete coating, routine maintenance should include regular sweeping and cleaning to remove debris and dirt, promptly addressing any spills to prevent staining, and applying a sealer as the manufacturer recommends. Inspect the surface periodically for any signs of wear or damage to ensure timely repairs and maintain the coating's protective qualities.

New flooring costs quite a bit, so longevity is important to think about. Concrete generally has the longest life span, but it’s not always a good solution for homes with wooden subfloors. That said, hardwood floors and stone floors can last up to 100 years, and you can refinish or restore them to remove imperfections from daily wear.

The concrete that likely already makes up your garage floor is the longest-lasting garage floor material, although you can treat it with a variety of coverings to improve its durability. Epoxy is one of the most popular options, as it’s relatively affordable, adds strength to the floor, helps prevent staining and physical damage, and even improves the resistance to water intrusion. Other popular options for durable floor coverings include rubber, an aspartic coating, and vinyl.

No, you cannot permanently seal concrete. The porous nature of concrete means that it’s always vulnerable to water intrusion and staining, even under the best sealants. Although some concrete sealing products can last for a long time, a genuinely permanent concrete seal remains elusive.

The prevention steps are essentially the same, no matter the patio material. Keep the surface clean and maintained. Ensure there's no debris buildup, and cover the whole thing in a quality sealant. If it's the start of a season or it's been a while since you've cleaned the area, use a pressure washer.
