"Dustin and his team were EXCELLENT! He was a great communicator and always replied quickly to any question that I had. He showed up every day and they always worked for a full day! They began and finished the project in the promised time frame. When there were changes to the project he adjusted the needed materials list and his team adjusted to the scope of the project without spiking the cost of the bid. The finish product was FANTASTIC! I would hire him again for any project that we are working on! (His team did demolition of 700sqft, framing, insulation of cinderblock walls, textured and smooth sheetrock installed and finished.)"

The updated stair railing and trim look clean, and the exterior work around the window and HVAC equipment gives the home a more finished appearance. "I love my new shower surround from Bath Planet of Arkansas! Chris was very helpful from the beginning through the end of the installation. I went into the showroom with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Chris helped me figure out a beautiful fit for my bathroom. When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. When the job was done they cleaned up perfectly. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
