He was very professional, very courteous, and listened to what I had to say. He was willing to do work on my DIY mini-split system seemingly without reservation ( I had read reviews that it was extremely difficult to find anyone that would agree to work on those systems). I'm quite satisfied with this visit."

We inquired on a Monday and got a response within 30 minutes. Cody came out the following Monday (on time) and assessed our situation, gave his bid and his office called to set an appointment. Cody's hvac guy was out early afternoon and done on time with no upcharge. Cody also is a fully licensed contractor in regards to remodeling and handyman services. Possibly more.
