"They kept causing trouble over and over. They were acting very disrespectful and were harassing me. All I wanted is for them to come and clean my carpet. I tried giving direction on how they can get here but they don't listen. They were disrespectful and silly on purpose. I have told them where is my apartment is located, the color of the apartment but they were keep on describing a different house and location, acting silly on purpose, They were 30 minutes late and when they started the job, they keep on messing up, so they do it over and over again. Everything that they are supposed to do something they messed it up on purpose. One of the man who hook back the hose behind my washing machine was kneeling on the top of my washing machine, a grown man on the top of my $600-$700 washing machine.I almost had a heart attack I warned him to get off my washer or I will cal his boss. He get off the washer and chuckle and giggle and said that it is the only way he could reach at the back. I warned them that they have to do the job properly or I will call their boss or they just have to leave. I stood there watching them do the job and they were very quick now, it was like they just wanted to finished the job and leave. When they finished the job, I asked them how much was the cause of the service. They told me it was $65 , when originally it was $85. They charge me less because they know they were late and did not o the job right. Before i gave the check I asked for the receipt but they don't have receipt, I said that they could just write it on a paper that they received a payment from me, but they dont have paper they said, So I provided a paper, I Told them to write down that they have received $65 from me, but the man said that he dont know how to spell "received" . I told him the spelling to get it all done. I will never use this company again , ever."
