The main reason I didn't go with them is because their warranty was just okay not as good as other companies. Labor was a lot less than others. There were also a couple pages of terms and conditions which if any of them happen, the customer would be responsible. You must sign to get service done.

The 3 men that did the work were great.  Prompt, careful and courteous.  They were very careful not to damage our belongings.  There was one item that did get damaged and the company was very good about making sure that the repair was done to our satisfaction.
