Our air conditioner went out that Norris Mechanical installed in 2011. The unit was purchased with a ten year warranty. They will no longer honor the warranty. We will have to pay $100 to get the fan blade even though we have a warranty. This is unacceptable. We will no longer use Norris...
It didn't go well. I've called them to do different work. I had to have someone else after they came out here because they didn't charge right. They double charged me. I wasn't going to pay it and I called someone else and it was much less.
