Hello there! I am Nathan and I have been in the masonry business all my life as I was born into it. I've spent many years doing both residential and commercial masonry. I became a specialist in restoration of historical properties and worked with different historical societies repairing property to remain on the historical society registry listing. I've worked as the project manager and assisted home owners transform their home in the repair of stability or with a new remodel project that would give their chimney a complete makeover. "OK here goes. The gentleman was very polite. I showed him what I needed done and went back into the house to get the money we discussed I pay. He came to the door said he was done---I paid him, cause the back of the house gutters looked ok. When my son came up, he said the front gutters were NOT cleaned. I feel that I got RIPPED OFF, cause I paid for front and back to be cleaned. Because he was so nice, I figured I would not have to recheck his work, however, I would not hire him again, or recommend him to anyone. He is NOT a good representative for your company."

My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
