Excellent service. On time and very professional with all the latest equipment to diagnose the problems and the know how to not only repair it but make sure it is ready for the winter. They explained all of the variables and did the maintenance to make sure it will weather the winter storms.

Bought a house earlier this year, found a leak and other issues with my A/C unit. He came out same day and found lots more issues. Got parts really quickly and came back to put them in. The owner of Artic Air installed a mini split system in our sunroom, moved a unit during remodeling and did yearly maintenance on both main hvac units. He is is fast but thorough when doing a job. Most of all he is courteous and respectful of the homeowner. My husband and I were extremely pleased with his work.
