"The sales representative came to our home, showed us the available products and explained their services.&nbsp; A price was offered and agreed to and we signed the contract there and then.&nbsp; The day they came to install the gutters, most of the job could be completed.&nbsp; However there was one area of rot on the facia board which they advised us to replace before they could install gutters at that point in the project.&nbsp; We were happy they pointed this out rather than ignoring it and finishing the job &quot;just to get done.&quot;&nbsp; They were very professional, courteous and punctual. <br /> After having the repair on the facia board, I called them for a date to come back and complete the project.&nbsp; Within a week they were here and finished the work.&nbsp; They were delayed a few days in coming due to constant rain in the area. <br /> We are very pleased with the job they performed. <br />show more

"I own several properties and finding a quality gutter company that consistently shows up when they are supposed was not easy; however, I found Arkansas Gutter Company here on Angie's List and have used them twice - once for a gutter replacement on a rental house, and most recently all new gutters for my personal home. Both times they were quick to respond to our call, they showed up when they said they would, they have done quality work (Robert is particular about the details/quality of his work), the work was complete in a reasonable amount of time, and the price was very fair compared to other jobs I have had done over the years. "Tom was very eager to help and to make the job the best he could for the amount of money I had to work with. Overall they do a pretty good job. Scheduling delays occurred with both roof and gutter crews due to a busy storm season. While understandable, the delays could have been communicated better and cleanup a little more thorough once the job was completed. I think a ‘B’ is a pretty fair rating, the work didn’t blow my mind but was satisfactory and should last for years to come.show more
