The new system is working great with no flooding of crawl space, thus saving the furnace that is in crawl space. I highly recommend this company. "Well, they were late.  Didn't bring a ladder,  but I have an extra that another contractor left here, so I had one they could use.  Cleaned the gutters, which required removing the  gutter covers/ leaf preventers (hah!) and then re-installing them.

Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later we had some pretty strong winds and 3 of the gutter covers blew off.  I hadn't gotten around to re-installing them when they came to install the Christmas lights, so they put them back on for me.

Also, they didn't turn the water off when they were through.  A couple weeks later the POA came by to tell me I had a water leak; well , no, the fools had left the water running.  My water bill was triple that month.  Sheesh.

So, yeah, I wouldn't have made the same mistakes if I'd done it myself, but I really don't want to be on the roof where it's a two-story drop and there's no one here to watch.  So I'll probably use these folks again, but I also know to check EVERYTHING before they leave."
