"Since the work was done, installed sump pumps with battery backup, installed tube drain around inside perimeter of crawl space, etc, it has rained heavily for a week. The new system is working great with no flooding of crawl space, thus saving the furnace that is in crawl space. I highly recommend this company. "Travis' roofing team showed up early and got to work.  The job went quickly and professionally.  The roofers were careful to clean up everything before they left.  They really did a good job I had another roofer come and inspect their work and he said everything was done correctly to uphold the shingles factory warranty.  Apparently many roofers cut cost by using an inferior top shingle for the ridge causing the shingle's warranty to be void.  
I would use Duraplex roofing in the future.

"Well, they were late.  Didn't bring a ladder,  but I have an extra that another contractor left here, so I had one they could use.  Cleaned the gutters, which required removing the  gutter covers/ leaf preventers (hah!) and then re-installing them.

Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later we had some pretty strong winds and 3 of the gutter covers blew off.  I hadn't gotten around to re-installing them when they came to install the Christmas lights, so they put them back on for me.

Also, they didn't turn the water off when they were through.  A couple weeks later the POA came by to tell me I had a water leak; well , no, the fools had left the water running.  My water bill was triple that month.  Sheesh.

So, yeah, I wouldn't have made the same mistakes if I'd done it myself, but I really don't want to be on the roof where it's a two-story drop and there's no one here to watch.  So I'll probably use these folks again, but I also know to check EVERYTHING before they leave."

"Contacted Tru Cut and they gave me an estimate within 24hrs.  As I requested (hoping more leaves would fall), they waited one week to do the work.  We have a steep driveway with water run-off "ditches" on either side that go behind the garage and down to the lake.  They cleaned the ditches, our driveway/parking pad, and the back yard.  The job was excellent.  Will definitely hire them again.
