Felt like they sent labor ready guys to do the job, I expected at least the foreman to be seasoned. Nevertheless the young men worked hard within their skill set. If you are thinking of outdoor gutter drains just get a landscaper to do it. Overall looking at the quality of the work, for the price I would of got the same service from a less expensive company."

He wasn't defensive or irritated he found the problem in a soffit that was not part of the original repair, but he fixed it himself anyway at no cost. I am still in shock over that. "It went very well.  Travas helped us navigate and negotiate with our insurance company.  He also was able to obtain some higher-end shingles for the same price as the type we already had, so we were able to make an upgrade at no extra cost.  The finished product looks great.  They replaced the flashing and siliconed around the chimney and painted all the vent pipes to match the shingle color.  Travas was very patient and helpful in dealing with the insurance company, which took a while and was frustrating at times.

Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new.
