When there were changes to the project he adjusted the needed materials list and his team adjusted to the scope of the project without spiking the cost of the bid. The finish product was FANTASTIC! "Very well. I dealt directly with Steven, the owner. He was always timely and always did what he said. If he said he would call on a certain date, he called even if he had not yet obtained the information discussed (there were others who failed to make return calls even though they assured me they would). I had been told that the door could not be repaired and must be replaced, which would have been quite costly. Steven stuck with me and came up with a creative and affordable repair solution. In addition, he was willing to stick by his estimate even though more work was required than he initially thought. I paid him the extra to ensure that he was fairly compensated, but he would have graciously accepted the estimate he had given. He was professional, nice and did a quality job. I would definitely use him again."
