"From the very first appointment, my wife and I made, we were greatly impressed by the honesty of Mark Macleay and his team. We were doing an entire bathroom remodel which entailed a demo day down to studs and removing the tile floor, an old shower and making it into a closet; removing a Jacuzzi tub and replacing it with a tiled walk-in shower; removing a large vanity and replacing it with a new one with quartz countertop; and replacing the floor with LVT tiles. It was extensive. I have to say, from day one of the remodel to the last day, Mark and his team went above and beyond our expectations! The only "hiccup" was a delay from an outside manufacturer on the glass wall for the shower. Besides that, it was a smooth process that went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Mark and his company for ANY remodel job you may have. As he told us at the first appointment "I may not be the lowest cost, and I won't be the highest, but I will be fair and everything will be done according to your wishes." He was so right! This will be the only company in the area that I will call if I need anything else done with our home."

They arrived on time exactly when they said that they would, respected my property by cleaning up every bit of dust and mess that they made without being asked to. They laid out drop cloths over every area they walked on, and draped plastic in my bathroom to keep it clean. Victoria kept me up to date on everything that they were doing and why, and gave balanced and reasonably priced options for the repair work that needed to be done. The original install of this shower during construction was done poorly, and Dominguez Flooring left my shower in MUCH better condition than they found it. "Never saw contractor again after job started. Had 2 water leaks under new sink. Subcontractor used unlicensed **plumbers** First leak, Wilson said it would be 5 days to get someone there. Second leak, the subcontractor refused to come back. Both times I called a real plumbing company to fix leaks, which was more expense on me, for mistakes the contractor was responsible for. It was a small partial bath remodel, new vanity countertop, sink and faucet, new toilet, and all cabinetry repainted along with window frame. I am sure he had much larger jobs, but not a good excuse. Do not believe his 3 Year Warranty. The guy that was in charge of doing the counters came 3 times to measure and would not send plumber. the first thing they did was install a toilet which i he stored until it was ready to install. When they got ready to install the sink and installed the sink backwards. They got this corrected but created leaks in the plumbing. I texted to let them know there were leaks and the washers were not installed."

"Dustin and his team were EXCELLENT! He was a great communicator and always replied quickly to any question that I had. He showed up every day and they always worked for a full day! They began and finished the project in the promised time frame. When there were changes to the project he adjusted the needed materials list and his team adjusted to the scope of the project without spiking the cost of the bid. The finish product was FANTASTIC! I would hire him again for any project that we are working on! (His team did demolition of 700sqft, framing, insulation of cinderblock walls, textured and smooth sheetrock installed and finished.)"

They did the complete install in one day, just in time before the hot weather hit! And the workers never even had to come inside the house (if you are concerned about Covid19 risk). We will use them again for our next project!"
