Turns out, the shower drain was not properly installed, or perhaps it had worked itself loose with the flimsy bendable pan. Water was draining between the concrete slab and our pvc laminate flooring. Yes, I am upset. I am so sorry I allowed Bath Planet anywhere near my house."
