"I was quoted a price for the two separate services of cleaning and packing. I indicated the house was quite full and that there was a lot of junk lying around. Pictures were sent. There was no discussion of needing to change the price once they arrived. The first day they were quick and efficient. Unfortunately, they had not planned for multiple days, or already had other jobs scheduled, so there was a lot of coming and going. In the end, it cost way more than was quoted and took two weeks to actually get the work mostly done. There ended up being more trash than the dumpster could hold, so some things didn’t get thrown out."

Cole Lair was my project manager and he was phenomenal. Extremely knowledgeable, prompt, polite, respectful, and helpful. Spent an entire day troubleshooting and evaluating my current system and gave me multiple options, as well as the pros and cons of each. Since my existing system was 25% beyond its average life expectancy, I decided not to put a bunch of money into it and to go with an entirely new system. Wes Seymour and Richard Solorzano formed the core of my installation crew and they went way above and beyond to get myself, my houseguests, and my dying elderly Golden Retriever, Butter, some cool air in the house. The main day of the installation, these stalwart master technicians worked from 9am to 11pm to put in the new system in a HOT attic and outside. The company even sent a courier to Ft. Smith, 3+ hours away, to obtain a needed part that was not available locally! They were so gentle and helped me get Butter back settled on his bed in the kitchen... tears then and tears now as I recount their kindness to me and my beloved canine companion.
