First,we installed gutters to divert water from the foundation of our home. The installation by an outside contractor went well. Next, a channel drain was installed in a back walkway, again to divert water. This looks nice and works well. Finally, the foundation specialists had to tie up the porch foundation to the original house and insert steel jacks and beams and new footings. It was necessary to dig across our flower beds to install underground drains. These were put back together and look totally undisturbed. One or two gutters needed tightening and Michael took care of this right away. The water diversion and the amount of lift of the porch back into position worked just like Michael said it would

"They completely reworked a large flower bed in the front of my house--removed old dead plants, weeds and miscellaneous stuff and trimmed one bush prior to laying down thick weed block fabric and covering the whole area with small river rock. They also rebuilt some block work that was holding in the elevated flower bed. Very efficient and excellent work. I would not hesitate to hire them again should I need tree or landscape service.

"Vargas is great- definitely recommend! Mr Vargas’ company has done several projects at my house. The first was a major clean up when I bought this place . The yard had all kinds of overgrown trees etc and I was feeling overwhelmed but he is an artist- Mr Vargas had his crew shape up everything and did more than I had even thought of. His prices are always better than other companies that give me estimates- like on an underground drain that has worked great to dry up this soppy yard. I always call Vargas now.
