"I've worked on many projects with this company from commercial to residential. You share your ideas with the drafts person and they create a rough draft in a short amount of time. Once you move on to the revision process you get to revise your designs three times included in the price! After you approve your design they produce a full construction set which is what you need to go to permitting. They stand by their drafting and offer unlimited redline revisions. This is a wonderful and much needed service for design professionals and contractors for fast & reliable plans."

"I was ready for a new look in my living room. I gave them a 2,000.00 budget. this was for everything. I-showed them the things I liked. Tried to describe what I wanted. I wanted a new look at affordable price. I trusted them when they asked to come back in six hours to see. Then they reassured me if I wasn’t satisfied they could make changes. After Six hours returning home I was so very pleased. They stayed in budget with new rugs and pillows Drapes all blending together. More modern table and lamps. I had a whole new living room that I was proud of. I have now told my coworkers and family what marvelous job was done. No regrets."

There are differences between universal design and ADA accommodations, but the outcomes are often similar. While universal design is a proactive process that takes a social justice approach to accessibility for all, ADA accommodations are focused specifically on accessibility for individuals living with disabilities. ADA accommodations often take the shape of wider doors and hallways, ramps, elevators, lower counters and sinks, and easy-to-grab door handles; universal design can include these plus emphasize better lighting, tractioned floors, and other building elements that allow all people to use buildings more comfortably.

Deciding to hire an interior designer or an interior decorator is entirely dependent on what you’re looking for out of your project and your budget. Interior decorators typically cost less than interior designers, both in hourly rates and overall project costs.

If you want to add furnishings to your home but it’s otherwise set with permanent fixtures, an interior decorator would be best for you. However, if you are looking to remodel your home or are building a new home and would like help with permanent structures like cabinets, showers, and overall layouts, an interior designer is best.

Building a home office addition can take three to four months to complete, while renovating an existing room into a home office may take two to six weeks, depending on the extent of the renovations. Your project’s timeline will depend on permit approvals, material availability, site prep, construction delays, and other factors. Your general contractor can keep you up-to-date on estimated completion times.

Most interior designers have at least a four-year degree, if not an advanced degree in interior design. Additionally, many states require interior designers to be licensed. If your state does not require licensing, interior designers can take a licensing exam with the National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). Overall, licensing requirements vary from state to state, but most licenses require certain education levels and experience to qualify. To check the qualifications of your interior designer, use Angi’s state licensing tool.

Costs depend on home size, number of rooms staged, duration of staging, and furniture rental needs.
