"I appreciated their quick response (next day) the first time I used them. Setup recurring cleaning every three weeks. On the morning of the third clean, J&K messaged saying that they were not coming & wanted to reschedule. We had a house full of company arriving that day and were depending on them to perform the service. Pros: Very sweet ladies, bring their own supplies & equipment, comfortable & accommodating with our pets and good communication. Cons: Not dependable; my only complaints with the cleaning were dirty streaks left on tile floor & not dusting all surfaces & furniture."

I wasn't home and my husband didn't know which 10 to assign. He let them get away with washing the mirror in my bathroom. They did an okay job on what they did. They should have washed more windows for that amount of money. They were on time."
