The folks at Central Air and Plumbing have a full understanding of the words and quot;CUSTOMER and SCHEDULEand quot;. After living in an area for the past six years we are pleased to find an organization be it and quot;contracting, service or maintenanceand quot; that have the customers interests in mind. The owner Mike Carter and in particular the sales rep Tim Williams are top-shelf, stand-up professionals. This is a quality enterprize I whole-heartedly recommend them.

They are very good workers and good people. They will work hard to find a solution before spending all of your money to do a full replacement which is easier. All in all they do the right thing for the customer and they do not overcharge.

They did an adequate job. They tried to charge me more than we agreed because there was more work than they expected. I didn't have a choice as it was mid job so I agreed to pay it. Felt a little upset about it seeing as they should know what they are getting into before they bid or whats the purpose of a bid. They had two techs rewire a central unit but they were fresh out of school and wired it incorrectly and then told me I would need a new mother board. I knew better and pushed the issue and two senior techs came out and wired it correctly. The senior tech was a man of integrity and skill and I tried to get his name when I called back as he would have made me continue to use Central forever because of him but they blew me off and said I would get who was available so I wont be using them period. Like most companies they have a few bright stars but leadership is lacking based on my multiple encounters for this one job. They are also the highest price of all the bids I got and I chose them thinking I would get what I paid for But I was wrong except again for one guy with short dark hair in his 40's. He should start his own HVAC business.

This is an upright and outstanding company. They have good morals. They are good at making unconventional setups work effectively and efficiently without compromising the warranty on the unit. They do good work at a good price and they are good people.

Plumber fixed a water line leak coming into house from well. He used high quality components-replaced the old cutoff valve and fixed the leak. He also tightened up a couple of leaking faucets and told me how to repair them in the future. Overall, a job well done.

They come when they say they will - no unnecessary waiting.

They're prompt when necessary.

Their service personnel are very professional.

On the air conditioning unit that had to be replaced, we were given price estimates for several alternatives.

We've used Central Air several times and have yet to be disappointed.

I came home from work on a Friday evening to a house of 84 degrees and climbing. I live off of a tight budget and tried to "fix" the problem myself before calling anyone. None of my do-it-yourself remedies were working and at 11:30pm I realized I needed to set up a time for someone to come out fix the unit. Since it was the weekend, I assumed the earliest I could get someone was Monday and I was hoping to be able to set something up. I called and to my surprise the gentleman offered to come out that night. He was on another job about 35 miles away and came over a little after midnight. He was quick, polite, and thorough. He explained to me what happened and offered me tips on how to prevent it from happening in the future. The price was much less than I expected. My husband was working that night and I called to let him know we didn't have to go to hotel after all - we were both pleasantly surprised that someone came out at 1 in the morning to fix our unit. We will definitely use them again!

They cleaned out a sewer, put a sewer line in, and have unclogged some drains. They connected a water line for me as well. They did excellent work, I will certainly call them in the future.
