Hawker Home ImprovementsMy home project required extensive experience with siding repair and a professional painter to prepare it to be ready for sale. Hawker Home Improvements were able to respond quickly to my request while providing fair pricing for the large amount of labor it would take to complete the project. Jason came out to my home, evaluated the condition, and provided a time line which he regimentally followed. The work ethic was the most impressive, arriving on time early in the day to get a full days work in to make the most of the weather conditions and daylight. His clear communication kept me informed as I was not on site, and when he ran into anything he felt might be of a concern he let me know right away. I felt I was in good hands with someone who I could trust to get the job done without having to come back and continue to double check the work they were performing. He is extremely reliable, dependable, respectful, and will persevere until the work is done right. My home had some challenges, but he made it look amazing! It had been years since my house looked new again like the day I bought it. I contracted him out for other projects at my mother's home due to being extremely satisfied with the quality of his work. He will never take on work that he doesn't feel comfortable with and tells you up front what the options look like. I highly recommend Hawker Home Improvements because you know you will not get ripped off, you will have your work done professionally without cutting corners, and it will be done in a timely manner.- Angelinia D.

ECS Exterior SolutionsRobert (the business owner) was patient, approachable and communicative throughout the process. Our 1930's era house was a fairly complex job requiring a great deal of critical thought and planning; we were extremely fortunate to have found ECS. Robert has the breadth and depth of experience and expertise in construction that we really needed to get our house back in sound condition. In addition, we both Robert and his employees to be extremely professional, courteous, and honest. Our formerly crumbling old house has been transformed in a truly remarkable manner, not just cosmetically but structurally and functionally as well. The total job cost was fair, given the extensive labor required for our job. Additionally, the skilled craftsmen/carpenters (Jason and Lebron) who did the bulk of the work were incredibly talented and conscientious. Overall, our experience with ECS was so positive that we have recommended this company without reservations to family and neighbors. One hour to set up a 32 " TV and sound bar. We are now using 3 remotes to operate TV. Kept asking questions. Second hour was the Harmony remote. First he did not bring computer. Had to use ours. Kept asking questions. He did not connect all of our equipment, we need to get someone else to correct what he did. Our last remote programming was done in 20 minutes. Plus during this covid time, he had to use bathroom.

We contacted Mr Groves and scheduled an estimate consultation, he didn't show up for this appointment and I had to call him to reschedule. 30 minutes after he came to our house and gave us an estimate he called me to say he was running late, I reminded him that he had just been there. He said that the coupons on this site were no longer valid. We signed the contract for roof and gutter replacement and schedule a date for the roof to be replaced. A week before our scheduled roofing Mr. Groves called e to say that he would be out to give me an estimate for our roof. I called him back and reminded him that he already had and that we were scheduled for the roof to be replaced, he assured me that he would be there on the scheduled day. His crew showed up and did a great job on the roof. We asked when the gutters would be done and were told in a few days. We explained that we needed to know when the work would be done as we have two big dogs and needed to be home to keep them inside while the work was being done. I had to contact the company again a week later to ask when the work would be done, was told that they would return my call and let me know. I had to call back the next day and was told that the gutter guy hadn't given them a day yet but that they would let me know prior to the work being done. A week after that men showed up in my driveway, fortunately I was off but had planned on going out that day. I had to cancel my plans and stay home to keep my dogs inside. The downspouts were not placed where y husband wanted and he had discussed this with Mr. Groves when he gave us our estimate. The gutters are black but you can see white on them so we will have to paint them. I contacted Mr. Groves to let him know that we were not happy with the job, he said he would talk to his project manager and get back with me. 2 weeks have passed and still no word back from him. I paid him for the work but would not recommend him to anyone else. Obviously he doesn't care that the work was ot done to our specifications nor that we are unhappy with the job.
