"Carson was recommended to me by a realtor. Initially every thing was great, he was quick to respond and took the job on short notice. We walked him through the property and explained what we wanted and he said it was no problem. After three weeks he said the job was done. The job included clearing and leveling the land for a house, compacting the dirt and testing, creating the driveway , clearing any trees that could fall on the house, and thinning the remaining trees to give a park like atmosphere. He did not do the compaction or testing, the driveway is only suitable for construction equipment, he did no tree clearing or thinning as asked. We spoke to him about it he lied to me and said he never agreed to any of that. Would never recommend him to anyone."

Once you confirm a tree is dead, you should remove it. Dead trees eventually fall, and larger trees in particular can cause damage to rooftops, fencing, flowers, and other objects. You can never truly stop a maple tree from growing taller, but you can rein in its growth by pruning. Proper pruning helps maintain a safe size for your tree without causing permanent damage. The best time to cut down a tree is in winter or early spring, as the leaves have fallen and the tree is dormant —this is also why winter is the best time to trim trees. Because the leaves have fallen, there is also less risk of foliage from the tree being tangled up with that of another tree.
