They came on time, finished on time, worked neatly and, most importantly, seemed to be effective in the results of the repair. I definitely would use them again even though, I felt, that the little time that it took them to repair did not seem to be worth $1000. On the other hand, I do not really know what a fair price is."

He gave a decent quote--took a while to get his best offer. He kept in touch after that via email...sent some good supporting photos and information.
