"Ken was very knowledgeable about our problems.  We asked him about several issues; some needed fixing and some did not.  I respect his opinions.  Our major issue was a two story wall that was sagging because it was built between floor joists.  We had an extra joist and supports installed.  The workmen were courtious and effecient.  Our floor feels very stable now.

"David was great.  He assisted in working with the insurance company so that we got a fair settlement on the claim.  We had several rain delays but when the weather looked like we were going to have a few days of sun, his crew showed up early and started right to work.  They worked very hard the first day removing everything down to the rafters and then getting the OSB laid and the waterproofing on quick in case of rain.  On day two the framers came and did a fantastic job getting rid of the flat roof.  
The roofers worked ceaselessly trying to get the roof on before the rain that wasn't supposed to happen came.  When it started raining they quickly tarped the roof so that the contents of the house were protected.  They did a fantastic job on the roof, fascia, painting.  I was very impresses on the rebuild of a overhang, and the cut in of the flashing around my chimneys.  They are a very professional company that really care about the quality of the work that they do.
Cobalt and David are my contractor and I have already hired him to help with other jobs on my home.  I have recommended him to my friends and give him a double thumbs up.

"Sam and the crew did an excellent job, and provided the most positive experience with a construction company I have ever had. When I initially inquired about an estimate, I was contacted the same night and subsequently received a free on-site estimate the very next day. They were very willing to work around my schedule and minimize any inconvenience to me. They were extremely punctual and always returned any phone calls or communications, and did an outstanding job. They did not half-do anything, and cut no corners. The flooring was installed perfectly, with minimal waste, and in a timely manner. All the trim work was done quickly and efficiently, and compliments the work on the flooring. They went above and beyond to provide a positive experience. "I hired two helpers for 2 hours on October 17,2020. The two helpers (names unknown) arrived at my home (127 Gado Way, Loudon) and immediately started unloading the Penske truck with the contents being moved into my garage. Some of these boxes and some bare items were very heavy and awkward. After this with plenty of the 2 hours remaining we took the truck to a nearby storage unit where they helped load all items then return to my home and unload into the garage. The two men hired worked vigorously without complaint during the entire operation taking no breaks except to drink a bit of water. I would recommend these two workers anytime for any type of assistance. Please extend our thanks to these two men again for us, John & Linda Sutton"
