Meantime, Troy called me several times so that we can agree on the proper time to start the job. They had a hard time because the entire work area was still a mess. They worked hard for several days and did an awesome job! I had a big tree trunk that fell over from the golf course next to my backyard and flattened my fence. They disposed of it and fixed the fence without charging a dime! They specialize in multiple jobs, so hire them with confidence! You won’t be disappointed!"

"This was a very extensive project that I spent months researching, hired an engineer for his professional guidance, and accepted bids from four companies. "After a short delay for weather, they came in and cleaned out the refuse/trash that HVAC and others services had left, then quickly went about their business. The sealing, dehumidifier (you have to change the filter regularly) and sump pump setup works well without any issues (and has been for its entirity). We are selling the house so I called and talked with Tina because the new potential buyer wants them to re-inspect and validate the warranty. There is a charge for this unless there is an issue with the system. But, there is no problem - and it is totally reasonable. I will pass that on to the buyer and will invite them to come into the crawlspace to see the good work that has held up so well since installation. I would definitely recommend them. The previous owner had another company "waterproof it" and it was not working properly and was not under warranty (i was told the warranty did not transer when I got quotes)."

"Actual Work Done: 1. Installed French drains to deal will water issues in our yard and to channel water away from our house. Cody explained the process and and why he would do the job the way he explained. He and his crew did a top notch job. They took care to hand dig the trenches without destroying the yard. They smoothed everything out and replaced the grass in areas where possible. They filled in dirt in low areas to help prevent the water from pooling. 2. They took down and rebuilt a retaining wall near the foundation that had been pushed in due to water issues. They built the wall back better than the one that was damaged. All the work on both projects was completed in the time Cody quoted us and all the work was top notch. We would highly recommend Ace Foundation Specialists and Cody and his crew. We will use them again for other projects if the need arises."
